Below is a map of the places we’ve stayed so far. The color represents how well we liked the place and whether or not we’d return. The purple colored ones are our favorites. Green means we liked it and would return if in the area. Yellow indicates that it was an OK place, probably good for an overnight. Red means we would avoid the place if possible.
That is a VERY cool map. If I can’t figure out how to do it, I’m calling you!
And….I just crunched our numbers. We are at $23.93 per night on average since December 31. BUT…we are heading to a KOA next. That number is going to go up for sure!
I have our 2019 numbers as well. Because all 61 days of boondocking were in 2019, our average daily cost is $20.48. We suspect boondocking is going to diminish so that will start climbing.
